Japanese cuisine is far more than just sushi and sashimi. Of course, the menu can’t do without these classics, but what makes the Kokoro so addictive are the authentic, lesser known specialties of one of the most exciting cuisines in the world. The interior is down-to-earth, while the multilayered taste of the delicacies offered are all the more out of this world. Guests embark on a culinary exploration, and the Kokoro – opened by Ken Groh and Miou Suguro in 2015 – has even been awarded its first Gault Millau points in its first year. One thing you do notice: the number of Japanese guests at the restaurant – always a sign of the finest quality.
