Yooji's Josef

Josefstrasse 112
8005 Zürich

After the trend is before the trend: Sushi is still hip and thus the talk of the town. At this modern Japanese restaurant, it is served on a conveyor belt – or kaiten in Japanese. On the Yooji’s Josef menu alongside daily fresh sushi and sashimi are also Asian soups, salads and snacks or even the Hawaiian brother of sushi: poké (pronounced po-käi) – a bowl with marinated pieces of raw fish, chicken or tofu, served with rice or quinoa; ideal also as a takeaway. A further main attraction of Yooji’s Josef is its sake bar with one of the largest selections of the Drink of the Gods far and wide.
