It all comes down to great bread with a good cup of coffee. That’s what Buchmann Beck is all about – with a history that goes back to 1660. Ever since, these bakers have mixed flour, water, salt and yeast to create breads they call Turicum, Uncle Hemp or Schanzengraben. Not to mention, their legendary Bürli, which they have also delivered to Kornenhalle since, let’s say, the beginning of time.
