Bierlab stands for passion, creativity, and true craftsmanship. International beer styles are brewed using the highest-quality ingredients and Zurich tap water. The beer is served directly in the brewpub, fresh from the eight in-house taps. Founded in 2019, Bierlab is not only a brewery but also a lively gathering place and an extended neighborhood living room. The world of beer is vast; every creation is a new experiment, and no beer is brewed twice. The current focus is on non-alcoholic beers. Bierlab also offers brewing courses, tastings, and custom events.
